About the app

Turn waste room issues into clear follow-up for cleaners and tenants.

Waste collections can be completed while overflow, damaged bins or contaminated recycling still need attention from the building. Wasteway helps collection and facilities teams document the visit, distinguish service work from site observations and route specific corrective actions to the contact who can arrange the next step.

What it does

• Collection schedule: Schedule collections by building and visit window, giving waste crews practical stop lists with the access details needed at each site.
• Bin condition: Record bin condition and collection quantities together, helping supervisors understand both delivered services and physical problems noticed during waste-room collection visits.
• Contamination evidence: Photograph overflow and recycling contamination with bin references, giving building contacts specific evidence for corrective work and communication with site occupants.
• Building actions: Route corrective actions to named building contacts, keeping responsibility clear when the required response belongs to the property after waste collection.
• Recurring issues: Retain visit history beside action statuses, making recurring conditions easier to discuss without losing track of the agreed building follow-up owner.

Why people love it

Wasteway makes collection evidence useful beyond proof that a van arrived. The crew can explain what was collected and what they found, while the building contact receives an identifiable issue and a follow-up responsibility that remains visible after the routine visit is complete.
