Housekeeping taps what was taken from the minibar. The charge lands on the room in reception the same second. No paper lists, no forgotten items, no arguments at checkout.

Restocked, chilled and stocked in the room, minibar items only earn money back when someone remembers to write them down. Raptool Minibar removes the writing down.
Consumption is registered in the room, the moment housekeeping sees it. Reception has the charge on the folio while the guest is still upstairs.
The list shows your actual minibar range with your prices. Housekeeping taps the item, adjusts the count if needed, and posts. Nothing to type.
What was taken is what needs to be refilled. The app produces the restock list per floor so the trolley is packed right the first time.
Scan the door label or pick the room from today's cleaning list. The app shows that room's minibar with its prices.
One tap per item taken. Wrong tap? Minus it. Empty bottle left behind counts as taken, so the guest is charged correctly.
Press Post. The lines appear in reception immediately and go to your PMS or folio through Raptool Integration. Housekeeping moves on to the next room.
Every posting shows up in the reception view the second it is sent, with time, room, item and who registered it. Checkout staff no longer ask the guest what they took; they read it from the folio.
Postings can be pushed into your PMS through Raptool Integration Server, or exported as CSV or Excel at the end of the day.
